Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field 1938

Are you a Chicago Cubs Fan? Even if you’re not, you may still enjoy this 1938 home movie of the Chicago Cubs playing at Wrigley Field!

The fans certainly knew how to dress for the occasion, looking sharp in their suits and ties. Note the Ricketts name on the building on the background (a relative of the current owner?) and the airplane towing the advertising banner even back then!

What is your earliest memory of the Chicago Cubs? Did you attend games as a child? Did your parents or grandparents attend games?
